  • 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 12 whole graham cracker rectangles (6 ounces)
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
